Jessica and Samuel and their fascinating wedding.
Jessica and Samuel met during a trip at college and was love from the first sight. After living a while together, and moving several times, they both travel a lot for work, they decided to get married in special place, easily reachable from all the guests. They were both in love with Italy, and having visited Florence multiple times already, Samuel and Jessica believed that was the right place where to celebrate their marriage.
Jessica immediately started to envision her big day in her mind, and with so many real weddings to be inspired by, sometimes is hard to have clear ideas about what you want. I met Jessica and Sam for the first time online.
It was immediately clear that they were looking for a fascinating wedding. Jessica described everything about what she liked and what she wanted during her big day. Coming from abroad, honestly abroad far away, they needed and extra help to put everything together.
The perfect place for a fascinating wedding
Having in mind chich and elegant details, combined with an exquisite ballroom, the perfect choice was a luxurious villa just outside Florence. The graceful hills and the green surroundings made this villa perfect for a fascinating wedding. Villa Cora was superbly reflecting the style and the ideas of this glamorous couple.
The finely curated gardens are decorated with ancient renaissance statues and flowers and plants create stunning backdrops. The interiors, with their wide and finely decorated rooms reflect an opulent style but without being too much. All the decors, the furniture and the paintings create a unique style that is ideal for a fascinating wedding.
The Florals
When I started the wedding planning with Jessica, she had already reached out a florist. Amazingly was already a vendor with I worked before and this make everything much easier with the communication. The florals’ project was simple but not boring. Rich in details and appeal, a mixture of different flowers with the same wedding color scheme: white green and gold with some touches of soft pink to add a little twist and light up the decorations. What to say, there is not a more appropriate wedding color palette for a fascinating wedding.
Open peonies and touches of pink where the focus for the bridal bouquet. Jessica, decided to go for something completely different for the bridesmaids. A full baby breath bouquet was the perfect complement for the bridesmaid’s attire. It really stood out against the pastel purple color of the dresses. For the groom and the groomsmen, an elegant white and green buttonhole completed the look.
A natural and vibrant arch was created for the ceremony, with natural hanging flowers of different shapes to provide moment and all in the same color: white.
The reception table was everything but boring. Vases of different shapes full of white phalaenopsis white orchids. A spectacular set up was created for the cut of the cake.
The Dress & Attire
Elegance and grace were the leading words of this couple’s outfits. The bride wore a simple white dress, without sleeves and with a very short trail, the same model but with tulip sleeves and of course on a different color. All of them decided to wear the same type of heels, which was something really cute.
Samuel and the men on their side, went with a very classic black tuxedo. Always elegant und updated.
The wedding day
Certainly, the villa added charm and positive vibes, but was undeniably the genuine and cheerful personality that made this fascinating wedding an incredible day. Jessica got ready in her room, with the closest friends and family while Samuel decided to prepare in his room with his pals.
Following the getting ready bride and groom took a first look in the back garden of the villa. After some refreshments, Jessica walked down the aisle with her father, for the most romantic wedding ceremony. A perfect backdrop was created by the sfingi garden of the villa and also the front terrace was the idyllic place for the Italian aperitif, served immediately after the ceremony.
After some portraits with family and friends, everyone enjoyed the wedding meal in the main ballroom. A room finely decorated with gold frescoes, giant mirrors and antique furniture.
Lastly the cake was served in the old entrance of the villa, with a spectacular set up and fireworks.
